Colleen was referred to us by a friend. She helped us find this house just shy of 3 years ago. We planned to live there forever but things changed. Vina Yamada is a great agent ! When I called her about wanting to purchase another home, she gave me my "to do" list, connected me with the right people and off this journey went. I gave her a list of things I wanted and things I needed. She came through. She showed me several homes but started with the one that was "for me" - as it had EVERYTHING I wanted but also showed me other options. Ended up buying the first one shown.

My work schedule was super crazy during the purchase of this home, with big company and client events, important meetings and business travels. Vina Yamada kept me on track and sent me reminders ahead of time. This allowed me to fit all of it into my hectic work schedule.

Donna knows her properties, has great PR skills, and is always empathetic toward the clientele that she works with. She is always working with the client or clients in mind. When I first met Donna she was convinced that despite how little I had as a down payment or how little I could afford there was something for myself and my three sons. It took us half a year but she made looking at the different properties a fun experience. We laughed a great deal and in the end, she did find me a beautiful, safe home for my three sons and I.

So, I never hesitated when I was selling this wonderful home that she would find me a new owner that was deserving of it. The first day that she put my house on sale, she found me the perfect client. He needed help, it was a time of crisis for him, and just as I was in the situation years ago, I knew that he was the one and that Donna was right in selecting him for me. I wanted to pay it forward.

Donna loves her job, people everywhere just love her, she is always so enthusiastic, appreciative, empathetic, and genuine. I love her to death! She is not a salesperson who does things in her own best interest. She is with the motto of somewhere, there is a perfect house for each and every one.

Donna did everything that I expected of her. She said, "I will sell it for you as soon as possible. I know of your financial situation and I will do it as quickly as I can without you suffering from much financial loss." She did it in just one day. The day she put my house up on the market, people called and put in bids. Donna is amazing.

Overall, I can't express my gratitude that I met her when she was doing a showing of one of the properties that I was looking at six years ago. I always remember when I first met her, she had that beautiful smile, and the kindness from her heart was so transparent, no wonder my mom who always was a great judge of people knew she would be the best real estate agent for me.

As a first time home buyer, I did not have much knowledge about the home buying process. Jasmin Cadiz guided me from the very beginning of the home buying process until recordation.
